About me

I love building things.

I am constantly adapting to the developing software climate and harnessing new skills to allow me to create meaningful products. I'd love to have a chat about anything!

As a virtual platform intern at Intel, I worked to design hardware models through a software simulation interface, applying concepts of software engineering, scripting, and operating systems. I also developed a security workflow for internal products and supported the development of new IP.

As a division lead of the UBC Supermileage design team, I oversee the development of the electrical systems of 3 manned vehicles. I currently develop the motor controller system and have worked to advance vehicle telemetry through firmware development and optimization.

Experience

A brief overview of my experiences and work

Internship

Software Engineering Intern

I developed C frameworks for Simics simulator testing and use, helping to advance pre- and post-silicon software development. I implemented a versatile security CI workflow for internal products, leading to adoption by 40 engineering teams at Intel, and designed an infrastructure model to provide a customer modeling toolkit.

Design Team

Electrical Division Lead

I lead a competition-winning team of engineering students in developing electrical systems for manned ultra-efficient vehicles. I developed firmware in C++ for a purpose-built BLDC motor controller, regulating the operation of a manned urban concept electric vehicle, and innovated the implementation of an AWS-integrated telemetry board.
